Our involvement with Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) has inspired our approach to Pizzeria Mundo. Seasonal vegetables, including tomatoes, basil, squash, and eggplants come from our own plot in theWhittier Garden . Also many of the photos in the restaurant come from the gardeners themselves.

Inspired by the slow food movement, among many other things, we make all of the mozzarella, ricotta, breads, dough, and sauces in house. They are also for sale in the restaurant, when available for $10/lb.

Come stop by to see us, and enjoy what we bring to the table.
